Dr John Sellars, Founder at Modern Stoicism and co-founder at the Aurelius Foundation & Donald Robertson, renowned author of "How to think like a Roman Emperor" joined us to consider the key pillars of Stoicism and how Stoicism can support the modern leader.
Justin Stead, Founder and CEO, hosted a panel discussion with experienced Stoics in Business, Michalis Michael - CEO of DigitalMR, Guy Hume - Head of Financial Sponsors Coverage team EMEA at Nomura and Jackie Hay, Chief Product Officer at Radley Handbags & Accessories.
Our University and Higher Education engagement Lead, Ross Paton, also led a panel discussion on how Stoicism & the Foundation can support students in their journey from managing studies to searching for their first job.
Pat Cash, Wimbledon Tennis Champion, joined Dhruv Makwana, Key Contributor at the Aurelius Foundation, to consider what we can learn from the Stoic mindset & elite sports performance.
Eve Riches, Foundation Advisor, Paul Wilson, Head of Staff wellbeing at Cardiff University and Tim LeBon, director of research for Modern Stoicism, hosted a special key note focusing on Stoicism & Wellbeing in today’s increasingly busy world and demonstrating the Aurelius Foundation online course which will be launched with the Aurelius Foundation soon!
